What Causes Sudden Dizziness, Increased Intracranial Pressure, Nausea And Vomiting?
Yesterday for breakfast I mixed yogurt with whet germ, flax and chia seed with fruit, ((raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) bananas, kiwi and XXXXXXX which had been in the refrigerator in a sealed container for about 2 days. This mixture of fruit and yogurt was covered with Great Grains9(a type of granola) and honey. I brought what was left over with me to my office and eat half of it for lunch along with a sandwich of almond butter and sugar-free blueberry jam on who grain bread.. For dinner I had past and shrimp. The shrimp had been frozen and the sauce was made with fresh tomatoes and other vegetables.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be a small episode of food poisoning due to some contaminated food intake. Their is quite a variety of foods you have mentioned there, and it is difficult to pin point the exact one possible but one thing is good that your are keeping up with good and a balanced diet and that will indirectly help with the chemo and combating your other health issues. Poosibility of meningitis recurrence at this time is too early but still a detailed review with your primary would be helpful to be looked for the early signs of me meningitis or other sequelae of brain issue of glioblastoma and a fundoscopy examination might he helpful to look for any signs of increased intracranial pressure as that can also cause vomitings with dizziness. Meanwhile basic blood work up like Complete blood picture and electrolytes may help to rule out any other infective or metabolic cause. Meanwhile switching to soft diets for few days and replacing the lost fluids through vomitings orally with Oral rehydration salts and water is recommended.
