What Causes Sudden Dizzy Spells?

Question: I am healthy, not overweight, all is well. Tonight felt dizzy when I got into bed. fast shaky dizzyness. I am 59.
I fell asleep and woke up at 2 with the same dizzyness. like someone was shaking the room. When I could I went to the kitchen and ate a small orange. and doing better, just sitting in bed. with tea and little honey.

I am normally on a no sugar no white carb diet, mainly to feel better and avoid brain problems later in life. so normally do not eat honey ....
Ive heard so many horrible things about sugar. So I do not eat a lot of sugar fruits either. I have normal to low blood pressure, but only have it checked once a year with my women exam. I do not have a regular dr. mine retired a long time ago, and Ive never been sick to need one.

2) I dont see any reason to worry. Just eat little bit of sugar food as of now and you will be fine.
