What Causes Sudden Hair Fall?

Your complaint is of hair fall and that is also suddenly. I would like you to ask few queries.
1) from how many days you have hair fall?
2) do you have any disease at present?
3) past history of any disease like typhoid or other disease?
4) history of any surgery or accident?
5) do you take any medicine? Or did you take in past?
6) family history of hairloss like male pattern baldness.
7) what about scalp condition? dandruff, lesions, itchiness..etc
8) pattern of hair fall.. Localised or whole scalp or frontal area of scalp.
9) do you have bald patch on scalp? Or diffuse hairloss?
10) what shampoo and hair oil you use?
11) any bad habit of smoking,tobbacco or alcohol?
12) what about your nature? Calm or aggressive. Do you remain under stress or tension?
13)say about your job or work you do.
