I can't understand what you mean by "oeg swing out arm swinging out headache".Can you provide me some more information about this?
Sudden onset back pain and inability to get up from floor in a eight year-old with pigeon toe , points towards sudden proximal muscle weakness which can be neuropathic or myopathic or neuromuscular junction weakness.
Nerve conduction studies along with EMG should help in identifying if MRI is normal.
