To me it seems that your arthritis has been aggravated by cold .
I would suggest that you get X Ray chest , Complete hemogram, Liver and kidney function tests , Blood sugar Fasting and after meals to rule out any chronic cause for cough and fatigue. With cold and fatigue body aches are common and may effect joints at different times.
In the meantime I suggest you take mild pain killers like acetaminophen . Please let us know your reports.
