What Causes Sudden Lightheadedness While Bending, Dizziness And Severe Sweating?
Question: Hi there -
I just was playing basketball and I got extremely lightheaded after bending down to pick up the ball. Fortunately I was close to home, so I went home, was sweating profusely and felt like I was going to faint. Very dizzy when standing up.
I thought it might be hypoglycemia, and all the food I had was yogurt, so I had a bunch of yogurt which contained some sugar and I felt somewhat better after about 10 minutes.
I wasn't experiencing any anxiety before the accident. I hadn't had much to eat during the day, just a smoothee and a chocolate cappuchino (lot of chocolate sauce / sugar). I had also exercised earlier in the day.
Now I feel like I have mild brain-fog and very tired.
