My eye sight and hearing instantly goes but gradually comes back...sometimes I can hear a click in the back of my head before it happens. I suffer from daily migraines and nausea.

Could depression have anything to do with it? And also, I have a soft knot about a half inch in size behind my ear at my hairline. It has been there for about 5years and has never gone away..it isn't painful. Would either of these things be a factor in how I'm feeling?
Brief Answer:
Depression, or anxiety to be considered only if other conditions are excluded.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
Depression, anxiety, may cause similar symptoms like yours, but conditions that we discussed in our previous conversation should be investigated and excluded first.
The knot behind your ear may be an accumulation of fat under the skin and has nothing to do with your symptoms.
Hope I helped you.
Take care.
