Brief Answer:
It is probably due to stress

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

From the available description it appers that what you are experiencing is part of stress and depression rather than alzheimer dementia. Alzheimer dementia always presents with gradual onset of illness with progression and never presents with sudden decline in memory. In addition feeling tired and inattention represents depression and stress rather than dementia.

I understand your pint that there is decline in memory but we need to understand that not every memory impairment is alzheimer dementia.

I hope this answers you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

yes, this makes me feel much better and less worried. Should I ask my dr to consider changes in my depression and stress meds?
