What Causes Sudden Numbness And Rigidity Throughout The Body Along With A Panic Attack?
Question: i layed down and closed my eyes, then a few seconds later it felt like my whole body froze or went numb and sent me into a bad panic. i dont know what happened and im afraid it will happen again. its hard to explain
