Question: I have sudden onset HBP 162/102, dizziness, double vision for 2 days. Saw primary care dr who suggested I take baby aspirin.
Double submission.

Sudden onset dizziness with diplopia,may be indicative of a brain stroke.Hypertension is a risk factor for stroke.Please get examined as soon as possible by a neurologist and get a brain imaging(CT or MRI scan) done to rule out the same.
It appears to be an emergency.
