Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Dear Sir
Occurrence of sudden red spots over penis and scrotum suggest allergic reaction as most likely cause. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. It would be helpful if you could upload pictures in upload report available in the website. Also kindly provide me following additional information
1. Since when did you notice the rash?
2. Is the rash associated with itching?
3. Is there any discharge?
Awaiting your response
Take care
