Brief Answer:
Urgent Investigations to get the proper and early diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query and history, albeit short and specific.
Noted your history of sharp, severe and sudden pain in left power abdomen with profuse sweating.
The area is at the Mc Burney's point but on the left side as you have explained.

The most probable causes at your age are:
Left ureteric stone causing ureteric colic.
Volvulus of hte stomach.

Profuse sweating is a reflex mechanism of the body indicating the severity.

I would advise you to to go to the ER and have clinical evaluation, investigations like X-ray of the abdomen in standing and lying down position, Ultrasonography and tests of blood, urine and an EKG for the heart although the pain is far off.

I hope this answer helps you to get an early diagnosis and proper treatment.
Please feel free to ask any further relevant query if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
