No injury.. Truly sudden onset... Nothing broken...
Brief Answer:
Need evaluation, do x ray
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thank you for your query.
Sometimes just minor injury during jumping or running can also is result in knee pain.
Twisting of knee also result in Pain due to ligament injury.
So go for X ray knee to differentiate between fracture and sprain.
Similarly it is possible that your right elbow has pain due to constant pressure or any jerks.
so also go for X ray elbow too.
For headache and body ache may be due to any seasonal fever like problem or any viral infection which is cured by antibiotic and analgesic medication.
If there is no fracture then you need not to worry and take analgesic and anti inflammatory medication likes paracetamol with ibuprofen or diclofenac.
For sometimes avoid long standing and pressure particularly on that lower limb.
There is one possibility of arthritis at this age which can be rule out by X ray.
Wish you a good health.
Thank you

Whoch doc would you recommend i go to for the possibility of arthritis? Thabk u!!
Brief Answer:
Consulting an Orthopedic surgeon would be best...
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
The probability of this being arthritis is low, but to rule the problem out, a consult with an Orthopedic doctor, at your convenience, would be the way to go.
If, on the other hand, your x-ray findings are abnormal in any way, then you must consult an orthopedic surgeon quickly.
Wish you good health.
Thank you
