Question: hi Doctor, suddenly since two days heel of my right leg is paining. it pains when I walk and also when I press. I didn't get any hurt. it has started suddenly. regards XXXXXXX

Hi,

Heel pain is usually caused by repeated stress. I would suggest you take Tab. Dolo 650 mg or Tab. Ibuprofen to relieve pain. Apply cold compress/ice pack to the area. Do stretching exercises by flexing your ankle joint up and down. This will help strengthen the muscles.
