What Causes Sudden Pain In The Upper Thigh Muscles?

Question: A severe sudden pain on left side of upper inner thigh.He states that pain has been periodic but does does not seem to be related to any event. He has been known to be a poor historian and has been diagnosed with alchoholic brain problems. He functions on a day to day basis. He says that the area was red but currently is not. It comes and goes. He was in severe pain but it has now settled down. My topical pain medication did not improve pain

I have gone through your query.

Get xray of pelvis with both hips with thigh done in AP view and send me the report, I want to see present condition of your hip and thigh and compare it.

You should not have alcohol and smoking, this is most important point for you.

You can take tab. aceclofenac+thiococlchicoside two times a day, tab. pregabalin+methylcobalamaine combintaion.

You can take antacid if acidity occurs.
