Brief Answer:
Need some more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Though in straight go, this appears to be related to nerve compression, as it's typically radiating along the nerve of forearm.
However, I need to know some more details so that I can guide you well further on this-
1)Since when are you having this symptom?
2)Is it worsening or static or improving?
3)Is it persistent or intermittent?
4)Do you have any other disease?

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up so that I can answer this well further.

Brief Answer:
Needs observation for now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up and telling further details.

In consideration with the above details, this pain(pinched feeling) can be physiological as well. For now, it needs observation as it may improve spontaneously.
If it persists, please get yourself physically examined by a neurologist. In that scanario, you might need a nerve conduction studies.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.
