Brief Answer:
Symptoms related to hormonal changes as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

1. The implant is a birth control implant containing the hormone etonogestrel preventing unwanted pregnancy.

2. Usually, the final result of using implant is lack of monthly period especially the first year; while on the following years, women do experience irregular periods.

3. Having very hot flushes and feeling tired and headaches are some other side effects of using implant.

If headaches or other symptoms are persistent, then, I advise to discuss with your OG about these side effects and consider taking the implant off.

Hope it was of help!
