What Causes Sudden Shortness Of Breath And Excessive Belching?
Question: I am finding it difficult to " catch my breath" not really shortness of breath, and I have increased burping

Though you have not given many details about your symptoms , there can be many causes of breathlessness.
You need to undergo a complete medical work up. So to start with, please get a complete blood count done. Get a chest X Ray and a spirometry also. An Echocardiography and 12-lead EKG test for the heart to rule out any cardiac cause for shortness of breath.
Do you have any allergy or do you suffer from any major illness like high BP and diabetes?
Are you a smoker?
All these will help in arriving at a cause of your breathlessness.
