Question: Hi doctor I delivered a baby 3 and half month ago day before sday I found little blood at his tip of the tongue only very little blood do I need to take doctor for that and also when is the right time give water and cerelac and also which is best nestum or cerelac
Brief Answer:
No need to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi
There is no need to worry about the little blood you saw on your baby's tongue. It might have occurred due to some trauma while feeding. If it stopped spontaneously and there is no further bleed, then it's perfectly fine. No need for any medication and doctor's visit.
The best time to start water, cerelac or any other complementary feeds is after your baby turns 6 months of age.
Both Nestum and Cerelac are good products from same company Nestle. You may take either of them.
Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Thanks doctor my baby is trying to turn 75 percent but could not turn when he will turn on his own and also he is blinking his eyes when seeing sunlight n showing some object near to him is that normal how often I need to feed during 4 to 6 months
Brief Answer:
Turning will start in next 1-2 months
Detailed Answer:
Hi
It's too early to expect a complete turn. You need to wait for another 1-2 months for it to be achieved. It's perfectly normal.
Blinking eyes while looking at lights, Sun and nearby object is normal.
As for frequency of feeds, it's best described as on demand feeding which may range from an hour to 5 hours. If your baby is gaining weight, sleeping well and passing urine at least 6-8 times daily, then it means that the feeds are adequate for him.
Hopefully this will help you.

Brief Answer:
No need for any medications
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I would recommend you to avoid any drugs for such mild coughs. Let your baby's immunity to develop. It's perfectly fine if he doesn't have any other symptoms.
In case the cough is actually bothering him and hampering his sleep, then you may give sinarest AF.
