Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This could be due to hypoglycemia, hypotension or increased thyroid hormone secretion. I would recommend that you get a blood test for glucose levels both fasting and post prandial together with a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4 and TSH. Also please check on your blood pressure levels to exclude hypotension.

I hope you find this helpful.
