What Causes Sudden Unsteady Gait And Confusion?

Question: My husband is 69 he had a mild stroke a few years back that led to eye sight problems. He recovered. Tonight he is being vague and won't answer my questions other than saying he can't walk. He walks like someone who just got off a roller coaster. He won't answer questions about back, legs, feet etc. What should I watch for tomorrow?
Brief Answer:
Needs to get to the emergency
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible new stroke. I would suggest that you do not wait for tomorrow and get him to a hospital immediately. Try to get him evaluated by a neurological specialist.
Best of luck.

He won't go to the hospital. He is very independent. I think He might have Parkinson the way he shakes. Could this be a symptom of that?
Now he says he is fine he thinks it might have been a heat stroke from mowing the lawn. He has been drinking water. Seems ok now, thank you.
