Brief Answer:
Follow advices as below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Weight gain may be due to hypothyroidism, diet and drugs(allegra).
Prolactin levels may be elevated due to venlafaxine. You should get it repeated after few weeks.
Not recommended to take T3 for weight loss.
Diet monitoring and physical activity may be helpful.
Is there any history of intake of proton pump inhibitors containing levosulpiride?
Any history of visual complains?
No need for MRI brain at present.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back with further query.

Brief Answer:
Maintain diet and calorie intake, regular exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
No need for brain Mri.
The drug related prolactin increase may be a cause.
Weight gain may be drug related but not due to neurological cause.
You can consult a dietitian for diet chart.
Regular exercise will help.
If endocrinologist doesn't find a hormonal cause of weight gain then possibly genetic and diet related.
