What Causes Sudden Weight Loss And Blood In Stool?

Question: I have sudden weight loss. Been thinking to much could be stress but i have blood in stool and on my yoilet paper and headaches. Was diagnosed woth ibs 4 years ago and been having loose stool. I had dierriah and mucus long time ago but past 4 months been stoolike this? Did a cat scan ny brain for headaches cane out notmal 2 months ago and x ray on ny abdmonal and 3 blood tests cane out nornal.

Thanks for providing clinical photograph. there is streaking of stool with little quantity of blood. This is very much likely to be due to anal fissure . Anal fissure is likely cause so if act of passing stools is associated with pain.
Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination of anal region.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me with following additional information

1. How much is the weight loss and during how much time ?

2. Do you have pain while passing stools ?

3. Is your appetite normal ?

4. What all test have you undergone ?

Lost about 10 poinds in 3 weeks but i get so scared and havent worked out muscle weighs more than fat so that could be it too. Yes its painful after passing stools and after it itches and little burning I cut out red meats and bread and been drinking vegtable juices and been eating light becuase it hurts when i push out my stool. I get scared that its cancer and im thinking to much about it im making myself have bad headaches and my chest left side feels like theres a plate on it. I got a cat scan on my brain they said no leekage everythinf normal. I got an x ray on my chest and lower abdominal it came out normal. Got blood tests my hemogloban and eveything was normal. Im getting no apetitie at all maybe at night i do a little .

At your young age it's unlikely to be cancer. Pain associated with passing stools and bleeding is very much likely to be due to anal fissure.

Stress and anxiety associated with fear of symptoms being due to cancer is likely cause of decreased appetite and loss of weight.

I would suggest you the following

1. Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoon of antiseptic solution. Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session twice a day.

2. High fibre diet : 2 serving of vegetable salad and 2 serving of fruits especially citrus fruit will ensure adequate intake of fibre in diet.

2. Laxatives like Lactulose will be helpful.

3. Drink plenty of water

4. Local application of local anaesthetic ointment to anal region just before passing stools will be helpful.

Thank you! How would i know if it is cancer ? Hoe about the headaches and toghtness or plate i feel on my right chest you think that is die to to much thinking ans apetit ? This been going on for 6 months e

Here is another picture - im eating a little but still have pain when i go to the bathroom. When i push out the stool its like a nife feeling ans itnyness after.
