Brief Answer:
It may be thyroiditis, or any chronic disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
If the weight loss is of short duration, it may be due to thyroiditis, or some acute infection.
If the weight loss is of longer duration, it may be due to no appetite, non absorption, or some chronic disease like tuberculosis.
I advise you to consult physician for diagnosis.
You may need to have blood and urine tests for confirmation, and thyroid profile for followup rstimation.
Avoid taking milk, milk products, and gluten containing foods like barley, wheat etc to avoid intolerance.
Take more of calories, fats, oily foods, and fries.
Try to sleep for more time, practice early to bed and late to rise. and try to sleep fora while in the day time.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
