What Causes Suicidal Thoughts While On Arip MT?
Question: Hi I am getting negative disturbing thought continously.so I removed bupron Sr 150. After that still I was negative suicidal thought so took arip Mt 5.Now Doctor my main problem is that I am hyperactive mania type so considering the dose earlier I gave u plz make modification adjust or add any good medicine. So that I am stable relaxed yet alert

I can understand your concern. If Bupropion is stopped and you are on Aripiprazole which is also not working then one option is to increase the dose of Aripiprazole to 10 mg per day. This will make the control of mania like symptoms.
Other option is to ask your doctor for low dose Olanzapine. The drug will calm you and will control your symptoms effectively.

Dr I have problem of piles and right at this time it is paining strongly can u prescribe any pain killer

At night time in starting time i get a good sleep But I wake around 3am or 230am
i feel fresh at that time so i do not sleep further.Now problem is when morning 7 8am i feel loose and stressed out.Many times due to this my mummy and my wife shout at me why did u wake so early I do not know reason.so doctor advice me some medicine so that I wake at 7 or 8 am.
