Brief Answer:
Please provide pictures and details
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Now from the description alone, it is difficult to reach an exact diagnosis.
I would like to have a look at the exact skin lesions. It would be great if you can click some close up pictures of the affected area and upload them here on this page.
Also please tell if you have any associated pain itching or discomfort?
Have you been taking any medicines recently? Any antibiotics or pain killers?
I am sure I will be able to help you more once you provide me the details and the pictures.

I'm not good with pictures and sending on computer. I prefer to not get anyone else involved. No itching or irritation at all. No pain. Just some stinging which is reducing when I put Peroxide on it. Just kind of a red blotch in one small area.
Brief Answer:
Apply an antibiotic cream
Detailed Answer:
HI again
Since the lesion is only causing mild discomfort,I suspect it to be a mild superficial skin infection. Such a skin lesion can occur due to any mild trauma.
Peroxide basically acts as an antiseptic agent ,since your problem is getting better with it, I would advise you to apply a better antibiotic agent like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice a day.
Keep the affected area clean and dry. Wash it with lukewarm saline water twice a day before applying the medicine.
The lesion should get better in five to seven days.

Brief Answer:
Use a condom, observe contraception
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes it is very important to use adequate contraceptive agent so as to avoid transmission of the problem. Also using a barrier contraceptive agent will prevent any further trauma to the area and will speed up healing.
