
What Causes Svere Abdominal Pain With Weight Loss And Dizziness?

Question: My husband is really sick and the doctors can't find out whats wrong with him. He cannot eat any type of food without severe pain. He has had extreme weight loss (65 lbs) since XXXXXXX Gets dizzy really easy and his facial hair started to fall out. He was diagnosed with Gasteropresis but the last specialist said that that wouldnt cause all this.

2. Any vomitings?
3. Any loose stools?

this has been going on since about 2011 but has gotton worse. he does not vomit all the time but on ocassion after eating. when he eats anything he has loose stools. when he eats he has severe pain in his stomach. no black colored stools. no fever or cough. he has lost so much weight yhat uou can see his ribs and his facial hair has started to fall out im really scared for him
