Probable cause of your symptom
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome back.
Thanks for responding. If you are having familial history of cardiac illness, then you must consult cardiologist to rule out any cardiac illness in you.
He will examine you and advise
: ECG
: ECHO-cardiography
: If in doubt, then a treadmill test to look in to it further
: Lipid profile as well as blood sugar (FBS, 2-hr PPBS, HbA1C)
If all these negative, the cause could be hypoglycaemia along with dehydration. Because these symptoms are like syncope and can occur in a variety of conditions. There is always need to rule out most concerning conditions first.
So kindly book an appointment. Let me know the reports and examination findings, I will further guide you.
Till then, you must avoid
: Mental stress
: Exertion
: Eat meals properly. Take less than 2 gram salt daily.
: Avoid fatty, fried food.
: Start morning walk
: Measure BP daily twice.
: Look for any edema in feet, breathlessness.
Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
If any doubt, do let me know.
