Brief Answer:
May be flue / Evaluation by a Doctor / EKG and other tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your concerns.
Sweating, cold chills pain between shoulders and neck and nausea can be due to many reasons.
Commonest reasons can be flu, anxiety or some general disease.
Menopause causing such symptoms at the age of 55 is rare.
Could be muscular pains. But they can cause pains only. Sweating and cold chills may not be associated with muscular pain only case.

I would advise you to see a Doctor who can evaluate you clinically, have physical examination and have a probable diagnosis. He would also prescribe you the proper medicines as per his findings. ECG / EKG on a safer side should be done.

I hope this answers your query. Please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
