What Causes Sweet Taste In Mouth After Smoking?

Question: for the last week I have had a very sweet taste in my mouth, I am having tests for diabetes currently. it seems to happen when I smoke!

I read your question and i understand your comcern. sweet taste in mouth is due to nicotine in smoke. Quit smoking and this issue will resolve. There is no harm in diabetes workup but diabetes does not present like this.
use some garlic water mouth rinses and some salt water gargles to get rid of the taste but more important is quitting smoking so please comsider that .
