What Causes Swelling Along With Bruising In The Right Pelvis Area?

Question: I have a swollen outer labia and some minor bruising in right pelvis area - can this happen with a pulled muscle? I don’t think it’s a cyst and am currently on Amoxicillin. I did lift some heavy boxes a couple days ago.
