Brief Answer:
As discussed in details below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Noted the history.
The change in hair color may then indicate the skin problem of the scrotum which has become sensitive and in this case you will have to consult a Dermatologist for proper clinical evaluation, examination and management if something positive is found.
Nor the sensitivity part of it:
This can be due to inflamed testicle or epididymis- once chronic can cause least symptoms and hence should follow the protocol:
High resolution ultrasound with color doppler examination of the scrotum and ultrasound of whole abdomen, particularly the urogenital system.
Tests of Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Tests of blood:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Doctor, preferably Urologist or a General Surgeon.
All this is important for a simple reason: your are young and have symptoms, all these things are done to rule out or confirm whether there is any problem or not.
I hope this answer helps you in decision making.
Take care. Get all these things done and give me the feedback.
