Suggestive of arthritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The swelling and pain is suggestive of joint inflammation. This can be related to gout- raised levels of uric acid. Do get your uric acid levels evaluated. Doing a hot compress and taking a mild pain killer will help.
I hope this answers your query.
