There is no pain the right ear is worse than the left ear just ringing and numb like swallen . I haven't been to a doctor yet .
Brief Answer:
Ear wax.
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Thanks for writing back,
Your.symptoms are consistant with ear wax. Usually after swimming or shower or due to any other reasons the wax swells up...which causes feeling of swelling in the ear... this touches the ear drum and causes ringing in the ear too.
I would advise you to visit your doctor for internal examination of ear and removal of wax if it is there... usually a wax softer drops bottle is prescribed and later when wax is soft it is removed through vaccuum suction. This is not a dangerous procedure and there is no reason to panic.
Regards.
