Question: I have developed an budge on my right elbow. It is a rather large fleshy and not inflamed or painful.

I have studied your case. I think you might be having lymphnode enlargement or a bursitis. Bursitis is collection of fluid in the subcutaneous tissue. It can accumulated due to injury or friction.
I would suggest you to get it examined by orthopaedic doctor. If there is collection of fluid then it can be aspirated with needle and steroid injection can be given.
