Brief Answer:
Please provide list of Medications

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your echo report in detail.

Yea, she possibly seem to have left ventricular failure/dysfunction due to which there is swelling in the feet and difficulty in taking breath.

But to clarify her new mitral valy is functioning well.

This LV dysfunction takes time to resolve.

I can guide you better if I can be provided with the list of Medications she is prescribed by the docter.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
She is prescribed the right kind of Medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can worked through your Medications.

They are rightly prescribed.

These drugs will gradually bring down the accumulated water withing the body.

The major concern is LV dysfunction only.

But this is also expected to improve with these medications particularly (Lanoxin) in due course of time.

But as a safety measure , to improve the systolic dysfunction it's important to visit a Cardiologist rather than a Cardiac surgeon for institution of special medications to improve systolic dysfunction.

It's advisable to visit him (Cardiologist)at the earliest, though it's not an emergency at the moment.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
