I am sorry to hear that you are having swelling of the foreskin. This is a fungal infection and needs to be treated with both antibiotics and antifungal medication. This is untreated can get worse and even prevent you from urinating. I recommend that you see your medical provider and get treated.
While waiting to see your doctor gently pull back the foreskin and clean the area with gentle soap.

It feels puffy and still swollen. What kind of fungal infection is this. I have an appointment to see my doctor on Saturday.

Usually the infection in the foreskin is a candida infection similar to women's yeast infection. You can try some OTC antifungals until you see your MD but beware they sprays and creams are alcohol base and will burn
