Brief Answer:
It is termed as Paraphimosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed ballon like swelling of the foreskin .

This is called as Paraphimosis and needs to be reduced at earliest .

Please consult qualified General surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination .It needs to be reduced at earliest either manually or giving injection of Hyluranidase locally .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
You need to consult qualified Genral Surgeon for evaluation .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.

You can drain out the fluid with needle with due antiseptic precaution .
You need to consult qualified General surgeon cor clinical evaluation to rule out Phimosis .

Further treatment whether you need to get circumcised or not will depend upon clinical finding and final diagnosis as regards whether you have Phimosis .

Thanks and Regards.

Dear sir, even after removing fluid from the swollen part. The fluid is getting accumulated. After removing fluid I tried to put foreskin back on glans penis , it comes on it but soon it retracts and goes back and does not cover glans penis. Is there any medicine/cream to clear both paraphimosis and phimosis. Please advise. Regards. XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
It is due to formation of a constricting ring needs examination by Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

Inability to replace foreskin is due to formation of a constricting band above corona; sulcus .

You need to consult General Surgeon for evaluation and further treatment .

You may need to get circumcised or the constricting band has to be incised to resolve the issue .No cream or ointment will help .
Thanks and Regards.
