Can I use a sharp needle to remove the fluid?.. Does this infection occurs every time during erection if fore skin gets removed and does not come to its original position? Please advise if there is any easy method to cure this .and suggest what precautions to be taken . regards subhash

Dear sir, even after removing fluid from the swollen part. The fluid is getting accumulated. After removing fluid I tried to put foreskin back on glans penis , it comes on it but soon it retracts and goes back and does not cover glans penis. Is there any medicine/cream to clear both paraphimosis and phimosis. Please advise. Regards. XXXXXXX
