Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us about your health concern.
Swelling beneath the incision site after C- section can be due to infection or due to hematoma.
But before passing my opinion about it, I want to ask a few questions from you, so I will be able to give a better opinion.
- Are you suffering any type of pain, redness and oozing from the incision site?
- Are you having foul smelling vaginal discharge?
- Are you having fever?
-Can you upload the image?( if possible )
Please revert back to me with my answers.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Regards

The swelling is where my pubic hair is. The incision itself is not painful to touch, oozing, warm or red. I do not have foul smelling discharge or have pain around the incision. The only pain i have is some sharp hip pain, a little sore on my insides on tje lower left side that comes and goes at random times. Still tender im abdominal area overall with certain movement.
Brief Answer:
It is normal finding after C-section.

Hello,
Thanks for uploading your pictures.
I have gone through your pictures and it looks normal because mild swelling can be there due to tissue oedema and can subside after 2-3 months.
As you are not having any other associated symptoms and your stitches line is healthy the chances of infection are also very low.
Mild abdominal tenderness and pain can be there ( as in your case during coughing pressure effect may cause pain) but if pain is increasing and associated with increased vaginal bleeding, vomiting and urinary symptoms than it can be a cause of concern.
As in your case as you had sharp hip pain, if it increases in intensity and associated with other symptoms you should consult your treating doctor and get yourself examined and pelvic ultrasound done to rule out the cause.( as you are on pain killer but in my opinion you should stop taking pain killer after consulting your treating doctor).
Please remove your tape( why you put it so long?).
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more.
Regards
