upload better resolution picture
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
The pictures that you have uploaded is not clear and I am not able to appreciate any abnormalities in that. If possible kind upload a higher resolution pictures.
The swollen papilla is because of the irritation secondary to the irritation caused by burn and trauma by the food particles or secondary to deposits. It has resulted in inflammatory gingival enlargement. Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get a radiograph done.
Hope this helps
Take care
