Hello
I have studied your case.
Due to injury there can be haematoma formation and bony contusions.
As you are not able to visit ER do warm fomentation to reduce swelling and pain.
Continue painkiller and take rest.
Take semi solid diet.
Medication like trypsin and chymotrypsin may help to reduce swelling. You can start tablet consulting your doctor.
After visiting doctor he may advice x ray and CT scan.
