Brief Answer:
You need to see a podiatrist!
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You need to see a [podiatrist for adapted footwear. This is a charcot foot, something which is most common with diabetic patients. Do you by any chance have been evaluated for diabetes?
The podiatrist would evaluate the leg an make a recommendation to enable equitable pressure distribution on the soles so as to address this.
I wish you well, feel free to get back to me if need be.
Regards
