What Causes Swelling In The Glans Penis Along With Red Spots?
Question: Sir,I am suffering from swelling in iliac lymph node as well as swelling of pennis Glans under foreskin and Rashes and red-red dots on Pennis Glans ( which comes and goes automatically) and also it seems to be change in colour on pennis glans under foreskin with rashes from Last 8-9 Years . Earlier I have done multiple sex with multiple persons unprotected sex ( Oral , Vaginal as well as anal Sex ) many time 17 years ago. But Now from Last 17 Years I have not done any outside sex other than my wife .Now I am feeling very weakness, Lack of energy , swelling in iliac lymph nodes , swelling on pennis glans under foreskin and very fatigue and energyless and always Pain especially after eating food in Lower abdomin and in iliac lymph node. Also burning sensation in urination and dirty yellowish and smelling urine and frequent urinations is always there . The HSV in blood was deducted Last Year whereas Syphills and HIV was Non Reactive 4-5 Times . But There is E.Histolytica in stool.The Urine culture and Urine Routine was Normal . Body Joint Pains and Pain at Back is always there. The Bad smell is always coming from Body. Kindly help and guide me . Feeling very Tired and weakness always especially in Morning after awakening. My wife also has same feeling i.e.Joints Pain , Frequent urination, lack of energy and weakness etc. Kindly help us and guide us.

Perhaps you have a 'candidal infection' of glans - swelling of glans and red dots. I request you to kindly upload a few recent images of the glans and foreskin so that I am able to guide you better. I also need to rule out an episode of 'genital herpes' which usually presents as painful genital sores and swollen lymph nodes. In both these conditions might be pain and burning sensation on passing urine

Weakness and fatigue are perhaps due to some medical reason rather than penile infection. I suggest you to get a complete body check up, including CBC, LFT/KFT, Serum Calcium, Thyroid levels, Blood glucose levels, Vitamin D levels, Ultrasound Abdomen, Chest X ray etc
I think you are referring to inguinal lymph nodes because Iliac lymph nodes are deeper and cannot be palpated. Inguinal lymph nodes can become palpable in candidal balanitis as well as genital herpes.
Isolation of E. Histolytica in stool is not significant unless it is causing diarrhea/ loose stools. It is normally present in GI tract.
Joint pain and back pain may be related to the general weakness and asthenia that you are experiencing.
Yellow urine is not abnormal, it just indicates the degree of concentration of urine and level of body hydration. If you are dehydrated then urine will be more yellow i.e will be concentrated as compared to when you are well hydrated, when it will be more watery due to it being diluted. This is how the kidney controls water balance of the body depending on the level of hydration.
Bad smell from body in turn could be due to dehydration, which is common in anxiety and stress. I suggest you to consume at least 8-10 glasses of water an bath at least twice daily.
