Question: picture sent per your request...I have had a few safe sex encounters over the last year...currently on anti biotics for unrelated issue

from the picture it looks ok and may probably be due to some trauma or allergic reaction. please don't worry
however if it continues to grow/becomes ulcerated/you develop fever or multiple swellings in the genitalia or groin or if you have burning sensation while passing urine. then I would strongly recommend that you meet your doctor.
for the time being you can just apply a soothing lotion like calamine on it
