I noticed the sore and swollen glands yesterday. Presently I would estimate them to be the size of a XXXXXXX I have had a bit of indigestion lately, especially if I drink wine, eat tomato sauce o ketchup and eat or drink limes. Its like heart burn. but comes and goes and lasts less than 20 each time. I have been taking Tums.

The glands seem to be holding at the size they are now and haven't increased or decreased in tenderness. They also don't seem to be moving. I don't have any teeth issues and they are located just inside the jaw bone, not on the jawbone.

I have a low grade fever - 99.2. I have uploaded a pdf called Glands in your New Reports Upload

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Seen the picture and noted the feedback.
The swelling is bilateral, there is low grade fever and there is soreness too.
I would think of the following in such a situation:
Bilateral submandibular lymph nodes or submandibular salivary gland affection.
Either way the basic treatment would be an antibiotic and an inflammatory medication; you need a valid prescription for this.
The heartburn or indigestion problem can be solved by the following :
Stop eating or drinking anything that instigate or enhance the problems.
Get a prescription for a PPI like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole.
Continue tums particularly when on empty stomach.
Take soft bland diet.

I hope this answer helps you.
