Question : Legs, red, swollen itching and pain in skin plus hot. Now spread to both arms. Have had 3 antibiotics. No results

Hi and welcome.This is unusual and may be serious if left untreated and you should see doctor in hospital since intravenous antibiotics should be started. This is possible erysipelas or staph infection. May be caused by resistant bacteria so don't lose your time,visit hospital with infectology department. Wish you good health. Regards
