Brief Answer:
I suggest diagnosis of a furuncle; will require oral+topical antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Image.
This is actually a furuncle/boil, which is bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissue, the infection gaining entry through the hair follicle.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest an Oral antibiotic for a week. My choice would have been either flucloxacillin Or cephalexin.
Oral antibiotics are prescription products and therefore I suggest you to talk to your physician for the needful.
Topically you may use an OTC antibacterial cream e.g 2% mupirocin ointment twice daily.
An OTC pain killer e.g ibuprofen, twice or thrice daily will provide symptomatic relief from pain and swelling.

Brief Answer:
Oral+topical antibiotics; please don't squeeze it
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Amoxycillin would be fine. Take it for a week.
Also use a topical antibiotic e.g 2% mupirocin, twice daily.
An OTC painkiller for pain e.g ibuprofen.
To reduce the chances of a mark/scar, don't squeeze it or try to manipulate it.

Thank you so much. I told my wife about you. She has gets pimples around her back and around her Brest area. Which leave marks Can you suggest her some thing which avoid more pimples and clear the marks.
Brief Answer:
I will suggest topical treatment for her acne
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
These are most likely Acne.
Acne can occur over chest, shoulder and upper back in addition to face, as all these areas are rich in sebaceous glands.
She may use topical benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5%, twice daily over the affected area. A benzoyl peroxide wash would help her acne too.
Benzoyl peroxide is a bleaching agent and therefore also help lighten the marks too.
If her acne is inflammatory i.e red, painful and pustular, ideally she would also need a course of an oral antibiotic. Doxycycline or azithromycin may be started for inflammatory acne.
I suggest that she personally visits a dermatologist. Her dermatologist will assess the severity of acne and advice accordingly.
