Brief Answer:
Due to more salt intake/Ingestion of steroid pills

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir!

Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern. It is definitely very uncomfortable to have swollen hands and feet.I would like to say in case you are on any kind of steroid pills for long time,to taper it down and stop it after consulting a doctor.

Secondly it could be due to high salt intake. So it would be good to limit salt intake in your food.If these do not help you, then see a physician and get evaluated.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.
