Brief Answer:
Some more information is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for using HCM to post your concern.

I read carefully your query.

I would need some more information about your swelling though, in order so I can give you an accurate answer.

When did it started and how has it been developing?
Can you provide a picture of them? Is it pitting?
Are you allergic from anything?
Do you have a rush?
Do you suffer from any other condition? Hight blood pressure?
Do you use any medicine?
Other?

Please give me as much information as possible, and I would be happy to answer.

Looking forward to your answers.

The swelling of the feet and legs has been happening for a week. I do take high blood pressure medication. However, I think the cause for the leg feet swelling maybe because I was eating pickles daily. Stop eating them the swelling has stopped. The stomach swelling after eating has been happening for months. I did a gastero test and they saw no blockage.

Brief Answer:
Certain foods cause the swelling in the stomach.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking for a follow-up question.

It is true that pickles may cause high blood pressure because of the high amount of salt they have. Anyway, leg swelling may happen in people with high blood pressure because of the problems that uncontrolled high blood pressure causes to the hear. So, I would recommend that if the swelling starts again, make sure to visit your cardiologist and evaluate your heart function, because you may need to start another medication for high blood pressure.

Regarding your next question- about the swelling of the stomach:
Certain foods cause swelling in the stomach because of production of the gases. If you bowel movement is ok, if you don't have constipation, then just avoiding those foods which cause you this effect is the way of avoiding this condition.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other question.
Take care.
