What Causes Swelling Of The Foreskin With Fluid?
Question: im a 54 yo male, i'm partially circimsised, the skin on my penis has swollen filling with fluid, not painful, but the fluid or some type of fluid is seeping out like sweat at the base on the underside, and at the head where the skin attaches, its sticky yet slippery. its been swollen 2 days.

When you had the circumcision done? Do you have any other conditions like diabetes or hypertension? Any redness over the glans? Any history of burning micturation? Are you sexually active?
Based upon the history provided, it appear that you may have got infection of the glans penis .This causes swelling along with the discharge of the fluid. It should definitely be seen by a surgeon so that appropriate intervention can be done in time.
You may need to take antibiotics. If I am your attending physician , I will opt 4th generation quinolones like MOXIFLOXACIN for it.
